SHIPPING
Collinite ships individual product orders via UPS with most orders processed within 24-48 hours of receipt during our regular business hours (8 AM EST - 3PM EST, Monday-Friday). However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, no guarantees can be made when a product will ship. Friday orders taken after 12PM EST typically ship the following Monday afternoon. If you need Collinite products to be shipped immediately, please specify and place your order before 12PM EST Mon-Fri to ensure processing and shipment on that day. Call first with any questions or concerns.

For International orders please contact us directly. Do NOT email credit information. For faster service on individual product orders, international customers are encouraged to place their order through other online Collinite dealers/distributors.
RETURNS
*Collinite is a professional-grade product line. Collinite is not meant for everyone like many household name items. We cater to a select few who typically have a thorough understanding of detailing products. Please read all tech sheets, refer to manufacturer’s directions, or call Collinite before initial use. User assumes own risk if directions are not accurately followed.
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Collinite. A possible restocking fee may be applicable. Allow 2-4 weeks to process request. Please call with usage questions or concerns before ordering.
HANDLING, USE, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
The conditions or methods of usage, handling, storage and disposal of Collinite products are beyond our control and may be beyond our knowledge. For this and other reasons we do not assume responsibility and disclaim liability for loss, damage or expense out of or in any way connected with the handling, use, storage or disposal of this product.
LIMITED LIABILITY AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
To the best of our knowledge, the product information contained herein is accurate. However, neither the above named supplier nor any of its subsidiaries assumes any liability whatsoever for the accuracy or completeness of the information contained herein. Final determination of suitability of any material is the sole responsibility of the user. All materials may present unknown hazards and should be used with caution. Although certain hazards are described herein, we cannot guarantee that these are the only hazards that exist.
Please note that viscosity and texture of Collinite products are subject to a slight range. This variance is due to the naturally derived minerals and raw materials of the products’ ingredients. While physical properties may at times appear different, the respective compositions of the products remain completely unaffected. Most importantly, the performance and function of these products; e.g. cut, spread, cleaning ability, shine enhancement, surface protection and durability are in no way compromised or otherwise altered. HOURS OF OPERATION
Our normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8AM - 4PM EST. However, Collinite is subject to close in observance of holidays or plant shutdowns/maintenance. Please check our Contact Us or News and Events page frequently for updated changes in hours of operation.

Due to the premium nature of our products, prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice based on raw material costs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
